    • The fresh handmade noodles is the representative Daegu noodle cuisine with the most noodle consumption in Korea, in the particular Daegu cooking way that the noodles are stewed with pottage cooked with anchovy and kelp, different from the Andong noodles without kelp. The flour mixed with bean flour is made into thin & wide paste, which will be cut into slim noodles and then cooked with anchovy and kelp. during the pasta awards period in 1960s~1970s it had developed by leaps and bounds. The handmade noodles is another name of “Gyeongsangdo sliced noodles”, featuring that it replaces the beef bone with anchovy and kelp. The street behind the Millio restaurant was once famous for the sliced noodles, where people enjoyed having the intestine with a bottle of Soju.
